How is your aerodynamic testing superior to others?

Many companies conducting out-of-wind tunnel testing utilize technologies that are less efficient at low speeds, such as in cycling. We employ sensors that excel in low speeds and high wind yaws, augmented by a comprehensive array of external sensors to account for changing environmental factors. Unlike common aerodynamic testing methods that solely correct for air pressure, potentially yielding incorrect values in varying climates, our approach emphasizes stability. Similar to wind tunnel testing, during the testing session, it is crucial to maintain stable environmental factors; otherwise, the results may drift. We've developed our sensor system, incorporating machine learning, to keep these factors as stable as possible.

Our technology enables efficient evaluation of different prototypes under various conditions, accommodating different riding positions and body geometries. Typically, products are developed with a broad customer segment in mind but tested on a single person in a wind tunnel, leading to potential bias. Our cost-effective and rapid testing allows us to evaluate prototypes with a quick turnaround on multiple body geometries, riding conditions, and positions. This approach ensures that your products are developed to cater to a broad customer segment, making them better for everyone.

What kind of prototypes do you create?

We can manufacture small batches of prototypes, including arm pads, spacers, and other components. Our production capabilities encompass various materials such as carbon fiber (RTM), 3D printing (FDM), or 3D printing of advanced alloys using DMLS or SLS. Once the design is finalized, the production time is approximately 7-21 days.
