4.1 Traffic Rules: Customers engaging in any testing activities, including but not limited to road testing or other activities involving public spaces, are solely responsible for adhering to all applicable traffic rules, laws, and regulations.

4.2 Safety Acknowledgment: Customers acknowledge and agree that any injuries, accidents, or damages caused by their actions, negligence, or failure to follow traffic rules during testing are their sole responsibility. Conceptual Creations Sweden shall not be liable for any such incidents.

4.3 Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conceptual Creations Sweden, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with any injuries, accidents, or damages caused by the customer's actions or negligence during testing.

5. Limitation of Liability
